If information can travel faster than the speed of light then we need to think about that more abstractly. Data is information, information is data. Science posits that data/information is another form of matter (it consists of particles; protons and electrons). We know that matter is energy thanks to Einstein. If data can travel faster than the speed of light, then that means matter can travel faster than the speed of light because data is another form of matter. If we take this to an extreme, say, the conversion of matter into electronic (data particles), this matter/information can be transported from one point in space to another faster than the speed of light. This is essentially quantum teleportation. My explanation of it is awkward and clunky, but I think it explains the gist of the concept well enough to understand it. The thing we must be able to do is convert physical matter into data. That is what we do not have the ability to do yet.

(and this could be why we don't see aliens out there; it's possible that they don't exist the way we would think they exist; meaning they may have evolved into quantum life (like my Quantum Life Hypothesis theorizes) I really should publish this stuff publicly and get more feedback on it. It could be I'm in an echo chamber and just reinforcing my own ignorance with wild speculation. Or...I could be right. lol
